Shipping & Delivery

  • Handling time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). This is the time it takes to prepare and pack your order.
  • Transit time: 3–5 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Total estimated delivery: You can expect your piece to arrive within 4 to 7 business days from the date of your order.

All orders are securely packed and shipped from our location in Edinburgh, United Kingdom.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

Ceramic is fragile, and we take great care in protective wrapping. However, if a piece arrives damaged, please take a photograph of both the parcel and the damaged object, and email us at Contact@interiormuse.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund immediately.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we process your refund within 1 business day. The funds will be automatically issued back to your original payment method.

Please note: your bank or credit card company may take a few additional days to display the updated balance.

Product Care & Specifications

Our decorative ceramic vases are designed and sold primarily for dry styling — branches, dried stems, or as standalone sculptures. While they can hold water for cut flowers, some of our hand-made or porous pieces may sweat. For these pieces, we highly recommend using a glass insert to protect your surfaces.

Simply wipe the surface with a soft, damp cloth. Do not put any InteriorMuse decorative pieces in the dishwasher or microwave, as thermal cycling and intense heat will craze or damage the glazes.

Because our collection features both precision Machine-Made lines and one-of-a-kind, hand-formed Studio pieces, materials (such as stoneware or porcelain) vary. The exact material, finish, and country of origin are clearly stated on each individual product page.
